Today, A big problem for windows user is to secure their data from viruses. Manually by CMD:

Step.1 Open CMD (command prompt)

Step.2 Open Flash drive in cmd ( if your drive is ‘G’ than enter ‘G:’ after c:\user\ press [ENTER] )

Step.3 Now type following line and press enter:

attrib -s -h /s /d

Now open your flash drive in windows you will see all your files, which was hidden by those viruses. Now choose the suspicious files and delete them because they are virus.

Your drive is still not fully secure . Above command just shows all your files that are hidden by viruses.
Now, Open Task Manager (ctrl+shift+esc)
Go To Process, and watch carefully, if any suspicious process is there. If you find any,
then open file location of that process by right clicking on that and delete that file.

What I’m gonna tell you is that how to setup your registry to a computer that prevents from saving files to your USB (It’ll block all of them) If you have windows 7 or windows 8 or windows 10  then you can immobilize the writing option to USB drives. 

Open notepad and copy and paste the following:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlStorageDevicePolicies]

“WriteProtect”=dword:00000001

 Now save the file with (any name you want) with the extension “.reg”.

Click on the file you presently saved. Choose YES option and then OK.
That’s it your USB is now Protected.

To Turn Protection OFF:

Open notepad and copy and paste the following:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlStorageDevicePolicies]
“WriteProtect”=dword:00000001

Now save the file with (any name you want) with the extension “.reg”.

Open this file. Choose YES option and then OK.
That’s it you have now turn off the protection.
